Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in Bhatinda. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and aesthetic procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and other indicated procedures while maintaining high standards of infection control and safety. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, discussing treatment options, and ensuring informed consent in a clear, respectful manner. The Dentist will collaborate closely with dental assistants and administrative staff, maintain accurate clinical records, and contribute to a positive, inclusive clinic culture aligned with the values of Radiance Dentistry.
Qualifications
- Valid dental degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and current license/eligibility to practice dentistry as per local regulations.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of general dentistry procedures (e.g., restorations, extractions, endodontic treatments, prophylaxis).
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and staying current with advances in dental materials, technology, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated focus on patient safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a clinical team, manage time efficiently, and handle a steady patient schedule with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience with digital dental systems (e.g., digital radiography, practice management software) is preferred.
